To qualify, your product total must exceed $60.00 and be shipped to a street address in the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, shipments to  PO Boxes, APO, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or other US Territories ARE NOT eligible for free shipping. Free shipping is only offered as a ground shipping option. Order Processing and Arrival Estimates*

All orders placed Monday - Friday by 2PM Pacific will be processed and shipped same day. Orders shipped via UPS will receive a tracking number via email from UPS Quantum View.

Our warehouse is located in Jacksonville, Florida. Please find an outlined shipping schedule below with an estimated delivery time.

*The “Shipment Date” as shown below refers to the day your order leaves our warehouse. This is the same your order placed IF your order is placed before 2PM Pacific. All orders after 2PM Pacific will use the following business day for their shipment date.

Rush Delivery  

UPS 2-Day and 3-Day  

Expedited shipping is only available to addresses within the 48 contiguous states and does not qualify for free shipping. UPS typically does not include weekends or holidays in their delivery time estimates, nor do they deliver on weekends or holidays.

DO NOT select this option for Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, APO's, PO Boxes and other US Territories – please call our customer service department for a custom quote. 

Overnight Shipping  

Overnight shipping costs can vary due to weight, dimensions and shipping destination. You MUST contact our customer service department at 541-347-9502 for a custom quote. When you call please have a list of items ready so we can give you the best quote possible.

Shipments not within the 48 contiguous states 

For these shipments you MUST select the UPS International/USPS option.

bachelorettepartysupplies.net uses the most cost effective and time efficient method. Please indicate the date of your party on the billing page near “special instructions” so we can ensure the arrival of your package within the necessary time frame.

**PLEASE NOTE**

USPS cannot be tracked like UPS, and cannot be guaranteed by a specific time.

Our experience is that Priority mail usually arrives within 2 - 3 mail days if your order qualifies based on size/weight/location (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Canadian Orders 

MUST select UPS International/USPS option at checkout. Estimated delivery times range from 3-10 business days depending on your location. For EXPEDITED shipping to Canada,  please call with your product list and we will provide a quote for you.

We will manually up-charge your credit card for the difference in pricing in the instance you do not select the UPS International /USPS Shipping Option for Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, APO's, PO Boxes and other US Territories when you process your order.

Customer Errors with Billing & Shipping Addresses  

Errors with billing address 

Your order will not process successfully through our merchant service if the billing address you provide does not match the mailing address on file with your bank or credit card company. Continued attempts may result in an Offline/Pending order which could cause delays in processing your order. Be sure to provide us with the easiest way to contact you during our business hours (10AM-5PM Pacific) so we can resolve the problem and proceed with your order as promptly as possible.

Return Policy  

We accept returns for most of our items as long as we receive them in the products’ original packaging and in BRAND NEW CONDITION.

Before returning items you MUST contact customer service for authorization and directions as to how to proceed with return. 

Items can be returned within 12 days of shipment with a restocking fee of 20%.

When returning any merchandise from a “free shipping” order, you will be responsible for the original UPS or USPS shipping fee that bachelorettepartysupplies.net was charged to ship your order.

If your package is shipped back to us due to a customer error in address, refusal of package or a shipment delay (weather or other circumstances made by UPS or USPS) you will be charged the return shipping in addition to the 20% restocking fee. If you would still like your order and the package was sent back to us due to errors on the customer’s part, you will be charged the shipping fee to re-ship your order.

**When sending items back to us please be sure to package them carefully! We cannot issue refunds if the merchandise arrives back to us in a non-sellable condition.**
